AUTOMOTIVE RECRUITMENT

Automotive Recruitment

 Automotive Recruitment

David Evans – RPM Recruitment

David has had a number of successful years’ experience in the car industry selling both prestige and mainstream brands so has an excellent understanding of how the Automotive Industry functions and what is required to succeed in the industry. When he saw the opportunity to start a recruitment company specialising in automotive, he was able to adapt his knowledge to ensure that the best possible candidate was placed in an appropriate dealership. As a recruitment business owner David has excelled, providing first-class Customer Service, both before and after placement.

Some of the benefits to you of dealing with David are:

Personal Service
David owns the business; he is not an account manager, so whether you are a prospective employee or prospective recruiter, you are an individual, not a number in the system.

Experience
Due to his extensive first-hand experience in the retail automotive industry, David has a thorough understanding of the needs of both employees and employers, as well as a successful track record of anticipating and exceeding those needs.

Access to Better People - Including You!
Through his established industry connections, David connects the best employees with the best dealerships. David has immediate access to many of the elite people in the industry - top performing salespeople who have never answered a job advertisement, managers whose dealerships are such attractive employers that they rarely place ads for their occasional vacancies. Most recruiters don't even know who these are, let alone have their direct lines and mobile numbers on speed dial. David addresses your individual needs to ensure the best possible fit for both parties. So no matter where you are at in your career, David is likely to help you make your next career connection a successful one.

Reliable Guidance for Career Progression
There is a saying: "Information is the most valuable commodity in business." Where do you get your information to further your career? If you aren't getting enough of the right information, your career could be stalling. You need the right information to keep your automotive career moving and so that you can make the best decisions for your career success. David can give you the benefit of relevant information from his industry experience, broad network of auto industry contacts and access to valuable resources. When you get the information you need to make the best decisions, you'll get even more out of your automotive career. If you ever get the gnawing feeling that there are better options available to you in the industry, you should be speaking with David!

Opportunities Not Available Elsewhere
Companies who are desperate will advertise everywhere and hope to employ anyone and accordingly, they pay for someone who meets the minimum requirements . They'll get 100 resumes to interview 20 people, to put on three to sink or swim, and sack two within three months. David's dealership clients tend to be higher-end employers, who confide in David the specifics of who they want. They may interview two people to employ the one that they want, and will pay to get! Which is the more valuable role? Which one would YOU like?

A Word to the Wise…
Which dealerships provide training, support, strong management, good communication and have low staff turnover? David knows. Don’t waste precious months or years of your career getting jobs with low-paying dealerships who provide minimal support and training, and refuse to invest in stock, marketing, facilities etc. to help you. Accelerate your career success with the right information.
